Copa América 2016 schedule attached to Google doodle marking tournament’s 100th anniversary

Today’s Google doodle marks the 100th anniversary of Copa América – the longest running international fútbol tournament. Sixteen teams representing South America, Central America, and the U.S. will compete in the 2016 tournament. This is the first time in the tournament’s 100-year history that the games will be hosted in the U.S., with 32 matches played in ten different U.S. cities. The Copa América tournament starts today, with the U.S. taking on Columbia in Santa Clara, California.
